For more than 60 years, we have provided residential care for people in Horsham and surrounding districts. We are recognised as a leading aged-care provider within the region.

We provide residential accommodation and supportive care in home-like surroundings. Our residents have the greatest freedom to exercise choice and maintain dignity, independence, privacy and self-esteem.

Owned and operated by the Victorian District of the Lutheran Church, we are a community based on Christian care and values.
